Sandro de Brito is a finance expert with over 19 years of experience specializing in public finance, disaster risk finance, and resource mobilization. He has extensive experience working in lusophone Africa, including Cabo Verde, Angola, and Mozambique. Sandro has advised international organizations, including the World Bank, UNDP, and LuxDev, on climate finance, disaster risk resilience, and public financial management.

His expertise includes developing resource mobilization strategies, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and advising on disaster risk financing mechanisms. Notably, he has supported Cabo Verde's efforts to meet their climate goals, including preparing national climate governance systems and resilient fiscal policies.
